The role of food is important in nourishing our souls and minds as well as our bodies. It also plays a major role in our emotional, cultural and social existence.

We all tend to think about the pleasure of food while we eat it, but what about enjoying it for a longer time, way after we’ve finished the meal? How does it feel then? And what about before the food comes to our plate? Where does it come from? What are the effects it has on our environment and the people who grow it? Are we concerned about those issues as well?

We believe that food can and should be pleasurable and satisfying on all these levels, and this is what we mean when we say ‘healthy balance between all elements’. Balance between all flavours, textures and colours, balance between body and soul, balance between different people with different needs and balance between man and environment.

All the food we prepare at ‘Green Catering’ is vegetarian, freshly made from seasonal, unprocessed ingredients, varied, pure and wholesome. We make sure we maintain a good balance between fruits, vegetables, grains, pulses, nuts and seeds.

We’ve given a lot of thought to putting together a menu that changes according to the seasons and is suitable for different occasions.  However, we will be more than happy to adjust it to your specific needs if you prefer, or even develop a completely new menu just for your event.
